Situated at the northern shore of the Lianchihtan and in
close proximity to the Banpingshan, on a stretch of land
in excess of 6,000 square meters with the structure
itself measuring more than 1,800 square meters, the
Old Confucius Temple was modeled after the palatial
architectures in ancient China, majestic and grand,
the vastest scale of all such temples in Taiwan.
